1. Half-acre or larger in South Austin to Buda with one story; needs work is okay
2. One-story Buda with a large backyard under $325,000 - larger kitchen preferred
3. Over 3,000 sqft feeding to Carpenter Hill Elementary, ideally on a larger lot
4. No HOA, one story, feeding to Johnson or Bowie High School
